Congress Could Miss an Opportunity to Help Workers with Tax Reform

 "One way congress can capitalize on the tax reform opportunity is by significantly expanding the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) for younger workers without custodial children. This population is poorly served by the EITC in its current iteration, causing them to miss out on the benefits of this successful program. Currently, workers under 25 are completely ineligible, while the maximum credit for those who do qualify is extremely low, leaving them without much financial benefit."  Read More:
